Rachel walked into Mel's Diner and smiled a bit as she looked around the place, it looked simple, yet it was elegant enough for her liking. She took a seat in a boot and waited for a waitress to come and aske her order.

Pete walked into the diner and saw that Rachel girl who he remembered vaguely from a tv show, but he never really talked to her. He walked upto her boot and gave her a smile. "Mind if I give you company...I am Pete by the way," he told her, not sure if she would know.

Rachel looked up at the guy who had asked her a question and recognised him from a band. "Yeah sure you can, I'd like some company anyways, I am Rachel, nice to meet you," she said

Pete smiled to her and sat down opposite her. "Nice meeting you Rachel, you are form that tv show right....the OC?" he asked her, when a waitress came upto them and asked what they'd like. "A blueberry muffin will do for me, what do you want?" he asked Rachel

"Yeah, that would be right," she said with a smile. "And you are from the band..Fall Out Boy?" she asked him, looking up at the waitress. "I will have the same," she said to her, giving a nod of her head.

"Yup, that would be me. The best bassist you are ever gonna meet," he said, though he was just joking around. The waitress soon came back and handed them their muffins, as he looked at his watch and cursed silently. He quickly gave the waitress the money, paying for them both and wtached her walk back to the counter. "Sorry, I have to rush out now, I'll see you around hopefully," he told her with a smile, giving a short wave before rushing out of the diner.

Rachel smiled and took the muffin. "I bet you are," she said with a grin, noticing the hurry in his voice and nodding her head. "It's cool, I am sure we will meet again," she said, waving back to him and after finishing her muffin she soon walked out herself.
